ASTRA is a volunteer organization for young people, sponsored by local Altrusa clubs.
ASTRA clubs promote volunteerism and citizenship. They provide a unique opportunity to form lasting friendships as well as experience the satisfaction that comes from being involved in community service.
Altrusa International, Inc. of Downtown Dallas supports an ASTRA club at Highland Park High School and Bishop Lynch High School and Parish Episcopal School.
